The party’s Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi told reporters on Tuesday the government is going to form the all-party government with those loyal to it.
"The demand of 90 percent people, one for a non-party government is being ignored," Rizvi said.

He threatened the Opposition will intensify its agitation if the government does not refrain from the path to unilateral election.
Rizvi alleged Awami League wanted to stay in power through unilateral election.
Police and RAB personnel have cordoned off the BNP’s Naya Paltan headquarters since the beginning of the Opposition’s 84-hour shutdown from Sunday.
The BNP leader has been in the party office from the day before the strike began on Sunday.
He alleged police were not letting any party leader and activist into the office.
Rizvi claimed the people were observing the strike across the country defying 'torture'.
On Monday, ministers and state ministers submitted their resignation letters to the Prime Minister to facilitate formation of an all-party government to conduct the upcoming polls.
But BNP-led 18-Party opposition alliance had been demanding a non-party government to supervise the polls.
They also threatened to boycott the polls under the all-party government.
To press for their demand, the Opposition is now enforcing its third long strike, this one for 84 hours, in as many weeks.
