Dutch PM asks Russia to cooperate in MH17 criminal investigation
Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte called on Russia to cooperate fully with the criminal investigation into who is responsible for the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 with 298 people onboard.

The comments followed the publication earlier on Tuesday of a final report by the Dutch Safety Board into the crash.
It concluded that a Russian-made Buk missile, fired from rebel-held territory in eastern Ukraine, brought down MH17.
The report did not assign blame for the crash on July 17, 2014.
