Pakistan expressed its concern after last week’s execution of war criminals Salauddin Quader Chowdhury and Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mujahid.
Dhaka protested Pakistan’s reaction to the executions, following which Islamabad summoned the Bangladesh envoy on Monday and denied committing any war crime or atrocities
Asked about the matter on Tuesday, BNP spokesperson Asaduzzaman Ripon said, “I want to make it short – the Pakistani army committed genocide. They conducted atrocities.
“The truth cannot be veiled,” he added.
