Justices AKM Abdul Hakim and Ashish Ranjan Das gave the order on Sunday clearing his bail in the last of the 19 cases he was shown arrested in.

However, Rizvi who is under treatment at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital, will not be walking out of prison any time soon.

It is because the Appellate Division has frozen the High Court bail in two other cases, his counsel Sagir Hossain Leon said after the orders.

Rizvi, picked up on Jan 31 amidst countrywide agitations by the opposition party, was shown arrested in 19 cases of sabotage.

He was moved to the BSMMU from Kashimpur prison on Saturday after a High Court order.
