HC denies sacked Habiganj mayor Gaus bail in former minister Kibria murder case
The High Court has thrown away the bail plea of sacked Habiganj mayor Golam Kibria Gaus in Shah AMS Kibria murder case.

The bench of Justice Md Nuruzzaman and Justice Abdur Rob dismissed his petition on Monday.
A judicial court sent him to jail after he surrendered over the Kibria murder case on Dec 28, 2014.
Gaus moved the High Court on Jul 27 after the judicial court denied him bail on Apr 19.
Hearing the plea, the High Court on Sunday set the date for the verdict on Monday.
Khandker Mahbub Hossain stood for the former Habiganj Municipality mayor in the hearing. Masud Rana assisted him.
Attorney General Mahbubey Alam argued for the state.
Rana told bdnews24.com after the order that they would decide on appeal after getting copy of the order.
