Ruling Awami League-backed Sayeed Khokon is a close second in terms of income and debts but has no cases against him.

This is evident from the declarations submitted by the mayor-aspirants to the EC, which contain seven types of information about candidates including their educational qualifications. The commission is required to make these declarations public.

Sayeed Khokon had five cases against him in the past but now has a clean slate.

Of the three, Mirza Abbas is the wealthiest. Abdus Salam has less income but no debts unlike both Khokon and Abbas.
