In response to a time petition, Dhaka Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ali Masud Sheikh rescheduled the hearing on Monday.

The hearing will be held on Oct 30.
All 29 politicians, including Fakhrul, BNP Vice President Abdullah Al Noman, standing committee member Moudud Ahmed and Gayeshwar Chandra Roy were present in the court.
The police case accuses the politicians of carrying out attack on police and vandalism during a protest on Mar 2 last year.
