PM greets Khaleda on Eid
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has sent an Eid greetings card to BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia.

The prime minister’s press secretary AKM Shamim Chowdhury told the media on Sunday that prime minister’s Protocol Officer Sheikh Akhtar Hossain took it to the BNP chief’s Gulshan office in the afternoon.
Khaleda’s Special Assistant Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas accepted the card on her behalf, he said.
On Saturday, BNP Deputy Office Secretary Abdul Latif Johny and Asadul Karim Shahin took an Eid greeting card from Khaleda to Awami League President Sheikh Hasina’s political office in Dhanmondi.
The two leaders have not met in a long time but they regularly exchange cards on Eid and the Bengali New Year.
