A total of 4,734 educational institutions have recorded 100 percent success rate in this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations.

The number has dropped by 361 from that of the last year, when all examinees from 5,095 institutions came out successful.
Students from 28,107 institutions took exams this year against 27,616 institutions last year.
The institutions that attained 100 percent success rate include 557 under Dhaka, 800 under Rajshahi, 119 under Comilla, 269 under Dinajpur and 62 under Sylhet boards.
A total of 357 institutions under Jessore, 79 under Barisal, 88 under Chittagong, 2,134 under Madrasa and 269 under Technical boards also saw success of all their students.
The overall success rate of this year’s SSC and equivalent exams is 88.29 percent.
