The celebrities and politicians whose pictures with Dhaka hotel rape accused Nayem Ashraf aka Hasan Mohammad Halim have taken the social media by storm have demanded his punishment.

The youth had introduced himself as Nayem Ashraf in different circles in Dhaka and took photos with politicians, senior police officers, sons of ministers, MPs, athletes, and people from entertainment world.
Many of them have taken to Facebook and called him a "cheat who was trying to derive benefits by using with the photos".
Nayem aka Halim along with four others stand accused in a case started with Banani police on May 6 for allegedly raping two university students at a Dhaka hotel.
Two of the accused including prime suspect Safat Ahmed has been held but Nayeem is still at large.
Former Kazipur-based MP Tanvir Shakil Joy wrote on Facebook that he was in no way connected to Nayem.
"One day he (Nayem) came to my house with some boys of my constituency and wanted to take a picture with me. I agreed out of courtesy. Now I realise that he had ill motives."
Nayem aka Halim has been found in posters of Swechchhasebak League in Kazipur Upazila. The party however, claims he was never a member. They have taken off the banners and festoons which had Halim's photos.
Joy's father Health Minister Mohammed Nasim, the current MP in the constituency, has directed officials to do everything possible to nab Halim, said Sirajganj Addition SP Abu Yusuf.
With the name 'Nayem Ashraf', Halim has worked at a number of television channels in Dhaka.
Later he started an event management firm 'E-Makers' which organised Indian singer Arijit Singh's concert in Dhaka in 2014 and concert of another Indian singer Neha Kakkar in Dhaka last year.
Farhana Nisho, television show host and head of programmes at ETV, also has a few snapshots with Nayeem aka Halim.
She said Nayeem visited her for discussing media partnership over the concerts.
"We meet many people for professional reasons. It is not possible to get an idea of their personal lives," she told bdnews24.com
She demanded tough punishment for Nayem aka Halim and requested all not to stir up any rumour with the photos.
