BNP leader Salahuddin Ahmed, who was undergoing treatment in Shillong Civil Hospital, has shifted to North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences in Shillong.

He was moved there at around 4pm on Wednesday.
Doctors in Shillong civil hospital said the condition of Ahmed was stable and he was shifted to NEIGRIHMS for better treatment.
NEIGRIHMS is the only government-run super speciality hospital in the northeast state of Meghalaya and it boasts of more facilities than any other hospital in Shillong does.
