The two are Abu Raihan, a 'friend' of the murdered girl, Saima Aktar, 17, and Mohammad Shaheed.
Chittagong Metropolitan Sessions Judge SM Mojibur Rahman on Tuesday ordered the indictment and set Aug 4 for beginning witness deposition.
Public Prosecutor Fakhruddin Chowdhury told bdnews24.com the investigation officer (IO), Double Mooring Police Station Sub-Inspector Md Mainuddin, submitted the case's chargesheet on May 25 accusing Raihan and his 'hired' associate Shaheed.
Clearing and Forwarding agent Rezaul Karim’s wife Rezia Khatun, 49, and daughter Saima were killed on Mar 24 at their Agrabad CDA residence.
Police arrested the duo two days later. Raihan was held from Dhaka and Shaheed from the port city.
Both of them have reportedly confessed to committing the crime.
Earlier, Saima’s brother Sayeed Reza had said Raihan had been sexually harassing her for several days.
Raihan, 26, a BBA student at private university USTC, is the son of Chittagong district police's Habildar Abul Bashar.
Raihan had claimed that he was in a relationship with Saima. IO Mainuddin said he murdered her after she broke up with him.
