He says the government did not remain idle while expecting parties to provide a unified direction
Of the 84 reform points in the Charter, the Consensus Commission has classified 47 as “constitutional amendment-dependent reforms”
He says the agreement over holding a referendum was reached “in the previous four meetings”
The consensus commission has not clarified whether the referendum will be held alongside the parliamentary elections or beforehand

He urges the government to go forward with other parties and the public to fulfil this “historic responsibility” if any political group obstructs the consensus process
