Preparation underway to abandon risky shopping mall

Shop owners at Gulshan Shopping Centre have started moving their products as Dhaka North city authorities declared the building risky on Thursday. Some shop owners alleged that they were initially advised about a Jul 30 deadline to move, but they were forced to move earlier as utility services to the building had already been cut off.
