A burst of colour on rainy days

While umbrellas certainly offer some shade in sunny weather, their true utility becomes apparent during rainy days, rendering them essential items. Regardless of age, individuals can be seen wielding vibrant umbrellas throughout the rainy season.

Despite the end of the rainy season with the advent of the Bangla month of Bhadra, Dhaka continues to experience substantial rainfall. During such occasions, the ubiquitous umbrella becomes a crucial accessory, providing respite from the downpour and ensuring a dry refuge. Photo: Mahmud Zaman Ovi
