The party announced two-day programmes in a statement published on its website after the hanging of its executive council member Mir Quasem at 10:30pm on Saturday.
The programmes include a shutdown from 6am to 2pm on Monday.
The party said in the statement that it would hold prayers for Mir Quasem on Sunday.
Jamaat Acting Secretary General Shafiqur Rahman termed Mir Quasem 'Shaheed' (martyr) in the statement.
He also alleged the war criminal's hanging was part of a conspiracy to erase Jamaat leadership'.
Mir Quasem was 'denied justice' and a 'victim of political vengeance', the party further claimed.
