‘Crack’ in Rana’s another building
A crack has been noticed in another building owned by ruling Awami League youth front Juba League’s leader Mohammad Sohel Rana.

Rana is the owner of the nine-storey commercial building Rana Plaza in Savar which came crushing down on Wednesday claiming at least 216 lives and trapping nearly 1,500 people.
Several commercial establishments located on various floors of the seven-storied structure at Savar Bazar Road downed their shutters as soon as the fracture was seen in the ground floor.
The building has a branch of Exim Bank on the first floor. The bank authorities preferred to pull the shutter down, temporarily.
Executive Officer of the bank Shahriar Behesti said they were shifting the goods from this location to another.
After a crack was noticed in the commercial building Rana Plaza on Tuesday, Sohel had told reporters, “The building has minor damages. There is nothing serious.”
