Dhaka, Feb 23 (bdnews24.com) – Professor Kazi Shahidullah of history department of Dhaka University has been appointed vice chancellor of National University.
Professor Mezbahuddin Ahmed of physics department of the same university has been made VC of Jagannath University.
The education ministry announced their appointment Monday.
Deputy secretary (university) of the ministry Md. Raisuddin confirmed their appointment to bdnews24.com.
Former National University VC Mufakkharul Islam had applied to the ministry to be relived of office.
