To protect the country from the impacts of climate change and protect biodiversity, transform afforestation into a green revolution with public participation, restore the navigability of rivers and resume canal excavation programmes, along with environmental considerations in development activities, to build a sustainable, green and environmentally sustainable liveable future.

Transparent, Efficient and Accountable Institutions and Administration

To build a talent-based and accountable institutional and administrative system with the aim of building sustainable state capacity, and to make government spending and implementation efficient and effective.

The budget proposal states, "In the coming fiscal year, we want to bring comfort back to people's lives by reducing inflation to 7.5 percent and increasing economic growth to 6.5 percent, as well as establishing sustainable discipline in the economy.
