Another two children have died after being diagnosed with measles, while another five showing symptoms of the highly contagious disease passed away as well.
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) reported the deaths in the 24 hours to 8am on Monday in its daily measles bulletin.
The death toll from confirmed measles hit 30 onwards from Mar 15, it said.
Among the confirmed fatalities, Dhaka recorded the highest with 17 deaths, followed by Barishal with five.
Three deaths each were recorded in Chattogram and Rajshahi divisions, while two died in Mymensingh.
No confirmed measles deaths have been reported in Khulna.
The surge in suspected cases is even more stark, with 156 deaths recorded across the country since Mar 15 involving patients showing measles symptoms.
Among them, the highest 68 deaths were recorded in Dhaka Division, followed by 63 in Rajshahi Division.
According to the health directorate, 82 new cases were confirmed in the last 24 hours out of 1,371 people who arrived at hospitals with measles symptoms.
Of these, 29 were admitted for treatment.
Dhaka remains the hotspot, with 274 hospital admissions during this period, while Rangpur recorded the lowest with 11.
Since the outbreak began in mid-March, a total of 10,954 people have sought hospital care for measles-like symptoms, with 2,721 cases being laboratory-confirmed.
