Dreams woven around mustard flower honey
Farmers in Manikganj’s Singair, who rear bees year-round, become busy in winter collecting honey from mustard flowers. Rows of boxes are placed beside mustard fields for honey harvesting. Their methods have become more advanced than before. Bees now store honey in separate combs, while eggs are laid and larvae hatch in another layer, allowing farmers to harvest and sell honey along with the comb.
