Protesters blocked the Shahbagh intersection from 12:30pm on Monday, Dec 15, 2025, demanding the resignation of the home advisor over the shooting of Inqilab Moncho Convenor Sharif Osman bin Hadi. Citing a deterioration in law and order nationwide, activists of Chhatra Shakti blocked the road for three hours, shouting slogans calling for the advisor’s resignation.
