Dhaka experienced 71mm of rain since 6am on Monday, Sept 22, 2025, causing waterlogging in parts of the capital and resulting in hardship to the city dwellers. Commuters struggled on their way to offices and schools, while pedestrians had to wade through rain and dirty drainage water.
