The foreign rambutan grows on Khagrachhari hills
Agricultural entrepreneur and Upazila Health Complex doctor Akeipru Chowdhury planted rambutan saplings as a hobby on some land in Bihar Tila village in Khagrachhari’s Mohalchhari Upazila. He collected 220 saplings from different countries in 2021. The trees are now showing promising signs.
