Blockade over gas supply at Shonir Akhra
Shekhdi in Dhaka’s Shonir Akhra has been facing a prolonged gas crisis. In protest, locals blocked the Dhaka-Chattogram Highway on Monday. The three-hour blockade, which began at noon, triggered severe traffic congestion, inflicting misery on travellers.
