The BNP says it acted in line with the Constitution by refusing to be sworn in to the Constitution Reform Council
“It has to be done constitutionally. There is no chance to do that at this moment before the constitution is amended” he says
The party says the council must first be incorporated into the Constitution before any oath can be administered
