The prime minister is set to inaugurate the fair a day after the anniversary of the BDR mutiny
He says he travelled abroad several times after the July Uprising without any issue
"The armed forces command and law-enforcing agencies of the time did not take timely decisions and stood inactive as the crime was carried out," the panel chief says
For families of the victims, recognition is only part of the battle
"As a nation, we have been kept in the dark for many years regarding the brutal murders of the brave army personnel at the Pilkhana,” the chief advisor says
