Travel by metro on the first day of Bangladesh’s urban train services

Passengers, mostly people who wanted to get a new experience, travel by metro train as the new transport service opens to the public

Bangladesh has stepped into a new era of efficient communication with the launch of metro rail services in Dhaka. People from far and wide of the capital gathered at the Agargaon and Uttara stations after the country’s first urban rail service was opened to the public on Thursday. The authorities said nearly 4,000 passengers rode the metro trains on the first day.
