The Jatrabari fish market in Dhaka comes to life at midnight, as trucks bringing fish from across the country arrive at one of the capital's largest fish markets. The buzz of traders begins at dawn, with early morning sales followed by the distribution of fish to various retail markets throughout Dhaka. The market operates from 4am to 10am.
