The SP offices of four districts and the Range office in Mymensingh were also attacked

On the first day of a student-led street demonstration demanding the resignation of the government, 26 police facilities, including 19 police stations, were attacked Bangladesh-wide.
Other establishments that came under attack include the offices of superintendents of police (SP) in four districts, the Range DIG office in Mymensingh, and two police outposts.
On Sunday, the Police Headquarters sent out a message providing these details.
The most severe attack occurred at the Enayetpur Police Station in Sirajganj, where 13 policemen were beaten to death.
In Comilla, 14 police personnel were killed in Sunday's attack, including one member of the Highway Police.
The number of injured police officers nationwide exceeded 300 in one day.
The attacked police stations were listed in the message. In the capital Dhaka, the Jatrabari and Khilgaon police stations were mentioned.
Outside Dhaka, the Gorai Highway Police Station in Tangail, Bogura Sadar Police Station, Dupchanchia, Sherpur, Naruli Police Outpost, Joypurhat Sadar Police Station, Comilla's Elliotganj Highway Police Station, Rangpur's Gangachara, Mithapukur, Pirgacha, Pirganj, and Badarganj Police Stations, Brahmanbaria Sadar and Ashuganj Police Stations, Sirajganj's Enayetpur, Ullapara and Shahjadpur Police Stations, Dinajpur Sadar Police Station, and Madhabpur Outpost in Habiganj were affected.
Other establishments attacked include the Range DIG's office in Mymensingh and the SP offices in Narayanganj, Bogura, Pabna, and Sirajganj.
Senior Information Officer of police's public relations department, Kamrul Ahsan, provided information about the 13 police officers killed at the Enayetpur Police Station in Sirajganj.
Additional DIG of Rajshahi Range Vijay Basak said, "The activists marched to the Enayetpur Police Station, attacked, and vandalised it. Eventually, they set fire to the station and beat the police officers to death."
Following the news of increased casualties in violent clashes in various parts of the country on Sunday, an indefinite curfew was declared.
Meanwhile, the 'Long March to Dhaka' programme under the banner of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement has been moved forward to Monday.
