BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir gave the approval on Monday, the organisation said in a press release.
Nirob was the general secretary and Tuku the student affairs secretary in the previous committee formed on Mar 1, 2010, with Syed Moazzem Hossain Alal as president.
Alal stepped down from the post after he was made joint secretary general of the BNP last year. Vice-President Albert D Costa had been acting as president since then.
In the new committee, Mortazul Karim Badru has been made senior vice-president, Nurul Islam Nayan joint general secretary and Mamun Hasan organising secretary.
The partial committees of the organisation's Dhaka City north and south units have also been cleared.
SM Jahangir Hossain has become Dhaka north unit President, Shafiqul Islam Milton General Secretary and Mostafa Zoglul Pasha Papel as Organising Secretary.
Dhaka south unit has got Rafiqul Alam Maznu as President, Golam Mawla Shahin General Secretary and Jamal Uddin Khan Shahin as Organising Secretary.
