The awards, sponsored by the Citi Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Citigroup, were formally announced at a programme in Dhaka on Saturday.
Eight winners under five categories received crests, cheques and certificates in the programme.
Former advisors to caretaker government Wahiduddin Mahmud and Rokia A Rahman, among others, were present in the programme.
