According to police, the militants ignored calls to surrender and charged at security forces.

A fireman named Abdul Matin was speared to death during the violence at Benipur village on Thursday. Police say that five members of the militant family were killed in suicide blasts after the attack.
The video, one minute and five seconds in all , shows a woman attacking an individual with a sharp weapon and a man clad in a lungi attacking with a shovel.
Another woman can be seen sitting in the field. Police say she surrendered afterwards.
Her three-month-old daughter and eight-year-old son had previously been evacuated from the house, said Godagari Police Station OC Hifzul Alam Munshi.
