Perlis Immigration officials Mohd Aminnudin Mohd Yasin, 32, and Zuhairul Effendy Zualkafli, 32, could face death penalty if convicted, reports state-run Bernama.
They allegedly killed Abu Bakar Siddique, 45, in the pantry at Level 2 of the immigration building at Kompleks KDN, between 10pm and 11pm, the report said.
The court has set Dec 12 for hearing.
