The accident was reported on Monday on a local highway in the northern district’s Nageswari Upazila.
The victims have been identified as Mottaleb, 35, Shujon, 23, and Sohel, 25, said Nageswari Police OC Afzalul Islam.
According to witnesses, the three were speeding on their motorcycle towards Bhurungamari, said OC Islam.
“The motorcycle veered out of control and hit a roadside tree. Mottaleb died on the spot, while the others died while being taken to the hospital.”
