Schoolboy dies in Chandpur crash

Victim ‘Raftan’, 9, was the son of Jahangir Hossain of Purbo Rajargaon area. He was a third grader of Rajargaon Government Primary School.

The accident took place in front of his school around 9am on Thursday, witnesses said.

The boy was hit in his head and died before he was brought to the hospital, said Dr Mahbub Al Khan of Chandpur Sadar Hospital.
