bKash agent mugged in Narayanganj

The wounded Arif Hossain Abul was admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Inspector of Siddhirganj Police Station Anisur Rahman told, “He was shot in his right leg. He also sustained head injuries.”

Parvez Reza, manager of bKash agent ‘Jamal and Company’, told bdnews24.com, “Arif and his friend Akhter Mahmood was returning to office on their bike after collecting money. Seven armed men riding on three motor bikes waylaid them. They shot Arif who was seated at the back. They also hit him on his head and decamped with Tk 2.4 million.”

After receiving first aid at Shajeda Hospital in Shimrail, Arif was sent to DMCH.
