The case blames them for deaths caused during BNP-led 20-Party alliance’s agitation over the last three months.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Maruf Hossain set the new date on Thursday after Gulshan Police OC asked for more time.
The others accused are BNP Standing Committee Member Rafiqul Islam Miah, Khaleda’s advisers Shamser Mobin Chowdhury and Emaz Uddin Ahmed.
The case was filed by pro-government organisation Jananetri Parishad chief AB Siddique on Feb 2 at the court of the magistrate.
Judge Atiqur Rahman asked Gulshan police to probe the matter and submit their finding.
Siddique claimed in his complaint that 42 people had died from burns throughout the country until Feb 1 and the government has faced huge losses due to the BNP-led agitation.
Khaleda had called for indefinite blockade from Jan 5 along with sporadic shutdowns.
