Dhaka, Nov 24 (bdnews24.com) – After getting a walk-over against Nepal in the women's Kabaddi of the Asian Games, Bangladesh have progressed to the semi-finals.
Nepal did not play against Bangladesh on Wednesday. This ensures a medal for Bangladesh in women's Kabaddi.
Bangladesh will face Thailand in the semi-finals on Thursday.
On the other hand, Bangladesh lost to Pakistan with a point difference of 36-15 in the men's Kabaddi. In the first half Pakistan was ahead with a point difference of 26-10.
In the last Asian Games, Bangladesh won bronze medal in men's Kabaddi.
