BNP announces rally in Dhaka on Thursday
The BNP has announced a rally in Dhaka on Thursday in the wake of the ‘National Oikya Prokriya’ meeting.

BNP Joint Senior Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced the programme at a press conference on Monday morning.
“The BNP has decided to hold a rally at Suhrawardy Udyan or in front of the party’s central offices in Naya Paltan on Thursday.”
“We have sent letters to the relevant authorities. Meanwhile we are completing our preparations.”
The BNP has asked the Dhaka Metropolitan Police commissioner and the Dhaka South City Corporation public works division for permission.
Asked why the rally was being organised, Rizvi said:
“The mass rally will be held on various current political issues. You will learn more then.”
The last BNP rally was held at the party’s Naya Paltan headquarters on Sept 1.
