Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi told a press conference at the party’s Naya Paltan office on Saturday that they would gather near the deputy commissioner’s office in Dhaka at 12pm to submit the memorandum.
The leaders in other districts will submit the memorandum as per their own schedule, he added.
The BNP resumed its demonstrations for Khaleda’s release through the programme seeking signatures on a petition.
They have also sought police permission to hold a rally in Dhaka on Feb 22.
BNP Chairperson Khaleda has been in jail since Feb 8 when a special court sentenced the former prime minister to five years in prison for corruption in Zia Orphanage Trust.
