Justice Obaidul Hassan and Justice Krishna Debnath granted the bail on Sunday.

Lawyers for Zainul and Khokon said they will be on bail until police submit the report in the case.

Moudud Ahmed and Sagir Hossain Leon represented Zainul Abedin at the hearing while Deputy Attorney General Jahangir Alam represented the state.

Police and BNP activists clashed on Feb 8 as BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia was on her way to court to hear the verdict in the Zia Orphanage Trust graft case.

Police filed three cases at Ramna Police Station alleging violence and obstruction of justice. Zainul and Khokon are accused in all three cases.

As many as 180 people had been accused in each of the three cases.
