The government had announced the best films, producers, artists and crew for the National Film Awards 2020 in February 2022. On behalf of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Information and Broadcasting Minister Hasan Mahmud distributed the awards among the winners at an event at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in Dhaka on Wednesday, Mar 23, 2022.
