Mongol Shobhajatra returns

Dhaka University's Institute of Fine Arts Bangladesh ushered in the Bangla New Year 1429 with the return of Mongol Shobhajatra, a colourful procession featuring evocative masks, floats, and motifs of Bangladeshi culture on Thursday, Apr 14, 2022. The flagship procession of Dhaka University’s Institute of Fine Arts was cancelled in 2020 and scaled down in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
