Reckless buses cause congestion

One major reason for traffic congestion on Dhaka roads is the undisciplined way buses operate. Bus drivers and helpers stop their vehicles at whim on the road to take on or drop off passengers. Buses running on the same route race each other to reach their destinations and pick up more fares. Sometimes, they block the road to prevent another bus from moving further.
