Arial Beel is situated in Munshiganj’s Srinagar Upazila, covering more than 136 square kilometres of land. The grain fields are flooded with water during the rainy season but dries up in winter. Various kinds of vegetables are cultivated during the dry season due to the high fertility of the soil. Arial Beel is known for growing the most varieties of pumpkins in Bangladesh.
