A newly-constructed underpass, 'Sur Saptak', equipped with escalator and elevator facilities, on the Airport Road in Dhaka opened to the public just a few days ago. But pedestrians have largely avoided the underpass and many continue to put their lives at risk by trying to cross the thoroughfare as vehicles whizz by at speed. January 15, 2022.
