Bangabandhu Dhaka Marathon

The Bangladesh Army organised the 2022 Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Dhaka Marathon to mark the Father of the Nation’s Homecoming Day – the day in 1972 when he finally set foot on Bangladeshi soil after nine months in jail - on Monday, Jan 10, 2022. It was held in the Hatirjheel area and included more than 200 runners from Bangladesh and abroad.
