DU fine arts faculty comes alive

Dhaka University's Faculty of Fine Arts launched a three-day art festival, Zainul Festival 2021, on its premises to mark the 107th birth anniversary of preeminent painter Zainul Abedin on Wednesday, Dec 29, 2021. Traditional artistic merchandise, including Tepa Putul (handcrafted clay doll), Nakshi Kantha ( centuries-old embroidered quilt) and Shital Pati (handcrafted mat) were among the artworks displayed and sold at the stalls.
