Plastic waste yields cotton

Cotton produced from plastic waste is used to make duvets, mattresses, jackets and threads. The bales of cotton produced in various factories in Dhaka’s Kamrangirchar are being exported after meeting local demand, which also helps protect the environment from plastic pollution to some extent.
